A migraine, a funeral, but there was also my daughter coming over for Mama Mia 2, walks (pix below by Brea) and Barnes and Noble.
Our basement shelves rusted out so we had to replace 4 of them. A great chance to clean and declutter. I love how clean and organized it feels now. A snowy day is a great day to declutter.
The next Declutter Group starts Jan 21 (Monday!) If you've tried decluttering in the past but didn't stick with it, or you got sucked into some method that didn't match your personality, we'd love to have you join us. Decluttering, support and laughter.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
Use rolled up magazines in tall boots so they keep their shape.
Keep a folder or envelope of restaurant coupons in your car, perhaps in a pocket behind a front seat.
Update or create a video inventory of your home just in case.
Drop a project that feels stale to you.
Have a no technology evening where you do things like play the piano, go for a walk, read, start a jigsaw puzzle, or play a family board game. What did people do before TV and computers?
