Welcome all the new subscribers (and thanks for everyone sharing)!

We hope your holidays were wonderful! Here is my husband and I with my niece and nephew on Christmas at my parents. We had a connecting time with my parents and sister's family, old friends, my husband's family and at the family reunion dinner. And now I am ready for some quiet.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Put all the wrapping paper, cards and boxes away.
  2. Write thank you notes before putting the gifts away.
  3. Clear your desk so you can start fresh in the new year.
  4. Sort through your inbox (I know my papers haven't been looked at in two weeks. We can finally recycle all the catalogs!)
  5. While most people are out of work now is a great time to catch up on some emails while catching up on your DVR or Netflix.
  6. Create your 2016 Tax folder to put tax receipts in. (If you don't have a 2015 folder, make that as well for all the tax info that is sent in January.)
  7. Have a quiet day where you don't go anywhere sometime this week.
