Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

A migraine wiped out most of Friday-Sunday. And when you are down like that it can be hard to distinguish when you can and should push through and when you can and should relax. So I woke up with some guilt this morning. I asked for forgiveness for anywhere I could have worked more knowing I can't know for sure when that was and forgave myself as well. Now I am starting the week with a fresh, new day.

I am so excited that my next and favorite class is coming up. Registration is now open for Change Your Relationship to Time. This isn't just a time management course, this will help you change thought patterns so you are less stressed. You will experience flow more often. We spend a lot of time talking about focus as well.

I've been trying to catch more sunsets this week. Here is one my daughter, Brea, captured recently:
Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Try taking quiet time for yourself and work on one project before you turn on email and social media.
  2. Catch up on any financial paperwork or bill paying that is behind.
  3. Use a Frequently Attached computer folder on your desktop for things you often send by email.
  4. Check that your email sorting isn't taking more time than needed. Simple is better.
  5. Create a template of an email or a document you use often.
  6. Take 2 minutes to think of some next steps for a current project.
  7. See at least one sunset this week.
What I wrote for you

Many of us our overwhelmed and we are always saying, "I don't have enough time."

Ask yourself: do you want to live your life in a constant state of hurry and worry?

When it comes to time, have you tried system after system but nothing works?

Or do you keep all your to dos in your head hoping you don't forget anything?

Or worse, have a time system that takes so much time to manage you wonder if it's even worth it?

We want to feel more peaceful, in the flow and have time to breathe.
