Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

I finally got to the beach. Yea! (see pix below). Brea and I also had a girl's day with going out to eat, getting produce from the farmer's market, trying on clothes, browsing Barnes and Noble while I picked up my book for writer's group and of course singing in the car!

Some people lost the link for the Retreat Kit Special. Use this link to get the retreat kit for $10 instead of $17:

Find out more about it here.

And registration for the Change Your Relationship to Time class starts next week. (Not "time management tips", this class is much deeper than that.)

Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Is there anything you want to do for yourself or with kids before the weather changes?
  2. Make note of anything in the bathroom that is making it difficult for you to get ready in the morning.
  3. Catch up on any paperwork.
  4. Who do you need to have a conversation with?
  5. Organize an area for 15 minutes.
  6. If you are feeling anxious about a future event is there any more planning or changing thoughts you need to do?
  7. Make one area you work in often more beautiful.
What I wrote for you

Ask yourself: when was the last time I took time alone?

Have you been stuffing down feelings trying to keep it all together?

Do you want to escape your life for a little while? Does everyone seem to annoy you?

Do you feel hollowed out mentally, spiritually or physically?

Are you in the midst of transition and change? Or have a decision you need to make?

Perhaps you have felt you have lost yourself under stacks of to do lists and other people's expectations?
