Welcome to this week's tips
Hi all - I noticed I sent this week's tips with the same subject line as last time. I am just re-sending to make sure people know it's not the same email. So if you already read it, feel free to ignore. :)

The project class has been moving projects from procrastination to progress. Good for them! Any project you want to do?

I want to make sure you are taking care of yourself the rest of the season, so I have a special for the Simple Retreat Kit. Use this link to get the retreat kit for $10 instead of $17:

Find out more about it here.

Yesterday my husband and I took a walk at a State Park. The dragonflies were so huge - but our walk was unusually mosquito-free. Brea and I got to the wetlands this week (pix below).

Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Do what the Japanese call, "forest bathing." Spend time in the woods, all senses open to take in nature's nurturing.
  2. Do any of your systems or routines need updating for a new transition?
  3. Handle any financial issues from which you have been running away.
  4. Do something that re-lights your inner fire and zest.
  5. Celebrate an accomplishment.
  6. Pause and/or pray before you eat.
  7. Is it time for a social media break so you can enjoy the last of the season?
What I wrote for you
I am going to be prepared for book club this year.

Are you saying, "That's Just How I Am?"

From the Archives:

Ask yourself: when was the last time I took time alone?

Have you been stuffing down feelings trying to keep it all together?

Do you want to escape your life for a little while? Does everyone seem to annoy you?

Do you feel hollowed out mentally, spiritually or physically?

Are you in the midst of transition and change? Or have a decision you need to make?

Perhaps you have felt you have lost yourself under stacks of to do lists and other people's expectations?
