took a walk at a State Park. The dragonflies were so huge - but our walk was unusually mosquito-free. Brea and I got to the wetlands this week (pix below).
Weekly Simplicity Tips
Do what the Japanese call, "forest bathing." Spend time in the woods, all senses open to take in nature's nurturing.
Do any of your systems or routines need updating for a new transition?
Handle any financial issues from which you have been running away.
Do something that re-lights your inner
fire and zest.
Celebrate an accomplishment.
Pause and/or pray before you eat.
Is it time for a social media break so you can enjoy the last of the season?
