Welcome to this week's tips
This has been a quiet week here. A motorcycle ride, concert in the park and a visit to the in-laws. Plus getting the house back in order from last week. See my Cleaning my Messy Desk video I posted below.

Starting in August is the class for projects. My groups are small, usually about 10 people so you can get personalized attention for the project (s) you want to do. Find more information at: Pleasant Projects

Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Instead of trying to change the people around you, become more peaceful yourself. Watch what changes.
  2. Set a timer on your phone to remind you to take some deep breaths during the day.
  3. What needs nurturing in your life this week?
  4. Where can you let your ego go and simply be helpful?
  5. Re-examine your morning routine to make sure it is giving you what you need.
  6. Process or talk about a resentment.
  7. Put a list by your desk for when you get that mid-afternoon energy dip, of things you could do like walk outside, journal, listen to a song, or drink water.
What I wrote for you
My cleaning a messy desk video.

You can be kind and gentle with yourself as you are making changes. But, excuses are not self-kindness.

From the Archives:

We start August 3rd at 8pm ET. If you have projects that you procrastinate on you can get more done on your project (s) in 5 weeks then you have in months. I’ll help you make them more fun and less like work. You can use the method on projects delegated to you and projects you decide to do.

You’ll get:

  • 5 online classes (with transcripts in case you can’t make the class)
  • Facebook group for accountability
  • A printable project planner

I want you to be able to take action on your projects in the most pleasant way possible.

I love helping people break down their projects and make them feel less scary.

Plus you can use this process for all your future projects!
