Welcome to this week's tips
Sunday I did a solo for church and Tuesday was my voice recital. All performances are done for awhile now. Somehow during that time, tall grass took over my side flower garden. I went out anticipating it would take days. But, it came out quickly in under an hour. What project do you think is going to take a long time? Can you do at least a little this week?

I got out to the wetlands four times this week. The swan couple keep calling me back. Last time I found the swan re-arranging her eggs before she laid back down.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Replace your worries with positive scenarios.
  2. Clean your cell phone.
  3. Savor a piece of art.
  4. Much stress is caused by the words we tell ourselves. Play with changing your self talk.
  5. Affirm yourself for what you have done so far this year.
  6. Read a book that you want to read, not should read.
  7. Are you living away from your values anywhere?
Don't just read the tips, schedule at least one that is calling to you.
