Welcome to this week's tips
It was a stressful week here. I realized because of the extra work I didn't do my morning quiet time every day. That leads to even more stress. So towards the end of the week I made sure I did my quiet time and took my breaks. I noticed I felt calmer and more energetic. Plus taking care of myself didn't mean I got less done. I got about the same or more complete.

I also took a walk Monday with my daughter. We saw lots of squirrels. Here is one Brea took a picture of.
Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Ask someone for help.
  2. Visualize a great day while you are in the shower.
  3. Think of what you want to plant this spring.
  4. Reduce the amount of caffeine you ingest if you think your body will like that.
  5. Do one thing slower than usual.
  6. Update or create your evening routine.
  7. Track your money flow.
