Welcome to this week's tips
Thank you for all the emails of support, I really appreciate them.

It's time to print out March's Declutter Calendar. Don't worry if you didn't finish Feb. Start again.

The New Habit class starts Monday. Recently I've created habits to wake up at the same time every day, Go from 4 days of exercise to 6 days. To take my make up off every day before bed.

I've noticed when I start my day with exercise, quiet time and using the water pik for my teeth, I make healthier choices throughout the day. It's like one good habit leads to others.

If you are looking to create new habits and would love support and accountability, please join us.
