Welcome to this week's tips
I'll be taking the next 4 days off work as the 24th is the 4 year anniversary of my son's death. I tried to work last year and it wasn't good. So I am listening to my inner voice this year.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
Get some sunlight.
Spend 20 minutes with no technology.
What work are you resisting? Can you do 5 minutes?
Keep up with the laundry. (tip: if it's out of control, take it down to the laundry mat to get it done all at once.)
Set up as many bills as possible for automatic payments.
Are you in
too many groups?
Decide on one thing that you will accomplish today.
Starts Monday March 2 - plus a free Energy for Joy Plan (great for this energy flagging time of year)
For those who missed the declutter group, this class can help you get into the declutter
habit.
Format: Weekly chat sessions at 8pm ET Mondays (transcript is sent if you can't attend)
Then we can check in as much as you would like for accountability in the private facebook group. This will be where you really make the changes. If you have been wanting to make habits stick, but they don't seem to stick on your own, the support may be what you need.
This class will only be $27. So if you have been wanting to try one of my classes this is a great one to start with.
