Welcome to this week's tips
A quiet week here. We did a low key celebration of my husband's birthday. My daughter and I sang to Mamma Mia one evening. Yesterday I spent quite a bit of time vegging on the couch. So today, I am playing with keeping the, "How could I waste the day" in check. I know from research and experience that the question is unhelpful.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
Do the hardest thing on your to do list first today.
Only let yourself check email and social media at specific times. Then set a timer so you don't stay on too long.
If money is tight lately, brainstorm some ideas for new cash flow.
What part of your past are you using as an excuse in your life often?
Practice letting go of past hurts: Decide to let go, express your pain in a journal or talking, decide not to play a victim any
longer, forgive. Now you can begin taking responsibility for your own life and happiness.
Revise a routine or system that is not working.
Think of a little adventure you would like to do and plan for it.
