Want more fun and encouragement in your decluttering, you can join the Declutter Group Jan. 19th. Most people get the money back from the course just by selling some of what they decluttered or by finding checks or bills that are almost overdue in paperwork piles.
(Or if you are interested in multiple classes like finance, projects, habits and time you can get the Bundle.)
Weekly Simplicity Tips
Forgive yourself for what you didn't get done the week before.
Release your frustration by journaling or venting to a friend. Don't let it build up until you blow.
What needs nurturing in your life right now?
If you've hit a plateau on one of your goals what new things do you need to learn or habits do you need to create?
Enjoy the optimism of a new year and use the energy to go forward in your life.
Schedule time to go inward and listen to your soul.
Put in your calendar when you are going to do self-care like exercise, appointments and novel reading time.
Imagine what your home would look like. Would you be able to eat at the kitchen table because it would be free from papers? Or are you enjoying a peaceful night’s rest
in your serene bedroom?
Maybe you welcome friends and family for visits and they complement you on your comfortable home. Can you see your living room ready for company?
Are you able to get ready in the morning because you aren’t searching through all your toiletries?
Is your desk clear and ready for focused work?
Are you starting to see the possibilities of less clutter and more serenity?
