Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

Yesterday I helped Dad go through some of my Mom's stuff. The process will take awhile. If you are in process, this blog post may help.

I'm also practicing for two different group choir programs this October and December.

I've also made sure to go on lots of walks with my husband. (Pix below)

Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. When you plan time for tasks and projects include set up time and cleaning up.
  2. How have you been ending the day? Is it how you want to be?
  3. Plan Halloween costumes and fall events early.
  4. Focus on results not how long or hard you work.
  5. Donate clothes that are too much work for you to maintain.
  6. Go on a fast from judging, celebrity gossip, and pettiness.
  7. If you aren't getting the results you want, you aren't doing the right things.

Warmly,

I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.

I deliver…

Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
On the wings of understanding and encouragement.
Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”

I am currently doing a group for decluttering and they are making such progress.

“Having someone to help you along the path of your goals is so important.” – Melissa

“A group helps to know I’m not alone, but also, quite unexpectedly, it makes me feel more determined to succeed in THEIR honor, or for their sake.” – Janet

“I have found that working alongside other people who are also tackling their goals has been supremely motivating for me. I feel inspired when I see/hear the successes of other group members and I feel excited to share my accomplishments with everyone. It’s much more interesting than working alone in my own little bubble and it’s fun to support and be supported!” – Janet W

“In Gretchen Rubin’s book, The Four Tendencies, I am classified as an Obliger. That means I’m someone who easily meets outer expectations but has trouble doing the things on my own to-do list. She suggests that having a system of outer accountability is a great way to meet my personal expectations. Beth’s various groups are the best method I’ve discovered for finding accountability partners who will help keep me on track so I can both start and complete projects. Thanks so much, Beth!” – Carol

I wanted to keep the progress going for them, so I thought we could have an accountability group from Nov. 1-Nov 20th. $10
