Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
We had our cast party and it was great catching up with everyone. Brea and I also saw Arthur Miller's A View from the Bridge at Hope College.
My hibiscus are going wild. Jeff and I are trying to have a
fire once or twice a week. I still need to find the marshmallow sticks for s'mores.
Saturday I drove across the state to visit Mom again. I ended up sitting in a traffic jam and construction is already making the trip an extra 30 min. each way. Then by my parents a very busy road was at 3 lanes instead of 4. So all that extra driving made me very appreciative of Yoga at the Beach this morning. A perfect morning!
Pleasant Projects registration is open if you want to get some projects done before the end of summer. Or join the Declutter Group in Sept.
Create the Decluttering Habit book is now in paperback.
Projects can be overwhelming. Too often we work on little tasks which seem easier, escaping the more challenging projects.
But, projects are where your goals and dreams are. Life feels unfulfilling when you concentrate on all your energy on tiny to dos. It starts to feel like all your do is routine duties. What if your projects seemed less scary? What if you knew the next steps to take to get a project
done?
Summer time is fun time. At least it was when we were kids. Are you missing fun in your life?
There never seems to be enough time and all the magazines ask you do things like exercise an hour a day, fresh squeeze your juice, and meditate 20 minutes morning and night.
We
all want to be the best we can be, so what are some simpler, less time intrusive ways we can take care of ourselves – body, mind and soul? Plus have more fun!
