Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

My new workbook on Making Time for Fun and Self-Care is still available. You can learn more or get this for $1.99 here. And I just opened registration for Pleasant Projects if you want to get some projects done before the end of summer.

My Mom has been diagnosed with an advanced stage cancer, so traveling more to visit with her. I relieved some stress by organizing my bathroom cabinet, doing more yoga and making sure to take my daily quiet time. My husband and I also took a motorcycle ride and walk Saturday. (See pix below)

We start August 7 at 8pm ET. If you have projects that you procrastinate on, you can get more done on your project (s) in 5 weeks than you have in months. I'll help you make them more fun and less like work. You can use my method on projects delegated to you and projects you decide to do.

Summer time is fun time. At least it was when we were kids. Are you missing fun in your life?

There never seems to be enough time and all the magazines ask you do things like exercise an hour a day, fresh squeeze your juice, and meditate 20 minutes morning and night.

We all want to be the best we can be, so what are some simpler, less time intrusive ways we can take care of ourselves – body, mind and soul? Plus have more fun!

Find out in my Making Time for Fun and Self-Care workbook.
