Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

Today I did my first solos without the choir at church. I was nervous until I remembered it's not about me.

This week is tech week for the musical. I'll be rehearsing every day until our first performance Thursday. I went to the grocery store to pick up things for easy meals.

May 1 starts the Simplify Your Money Systems class. I love to get people comfortable dealing with their money because I began my marriage disliking anything with numbers. But, hiding from it isn't a sustainable method :)

Brea and I didn't get to go on any walks this week but I went on a few walks by myself and with Jeff. These are my pictures except for the sand dune picture.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Don't start the day until you've planned at least the three most important tasks for the day.
  2. The most successful people in work and life allow themselves to feel some discomfort. Where is staying comfortable holding you back?
  3. Listen to live music.
  4. Try riding your bike or walking to someplace you usually drive.
  5. Walk without your shoes sometimes.
  6. Buy someone flowers.
  7. Next time you are scared, remember it's not about you.
