Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

Two weeks of on and off migraines so I was ready for this weekend of walking at the wetlands, a motorcyle ride and walk around a small lake, reading outside, and getting caught up with paper and dishes. Plus play practice. The musical will be at the end of the month.

2. If you think you have absolutely no time for a break, you definitely need a break.
3. Feel better, by drinking a class of water when you wake up.
4. Plan what result you want for the next 15-90 minute work session. Have clear objectives.
5. Create a checklist for something you do regularly so you don't have to remember the steps each time.
6. Set out what you need before starting your project.
7. What would it mean to give yourself exquisite self-care?
