Weekly Simplicity Tips
1. Remember you have a lot of energy inside of you, you just need to access it and see what's blocking it. (Have you ever been exhausted, when your best friend suggests something fun and next thing you know you are wide awake? That energy was there someplace.)
2. Put away half the
decorations in a room to feel how the space feels.
3. Call an older relative.
4. Save an extra 1% this week.
5. Reflect on your day in the evenings - gratitudes, moments, what you learned.
6. Notice when you are creating excess drama in your day.
7. How do you want to feel today? What is one
action you can take to help you feel that way?
