Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
I had fun this weekend. I was in the back-up choir for Mark Lowry with some members of my choir and some choirs around the area. We sang at the beginning and the end (the finale of his song Mary Did You Know) so we were able to watch the
concert/comedy show from the audience. Everyone was so talented. I loved the piano playing of Stan Whitmire. I figured this was something you don't do every day - so I didn't want to pass up the opportunity. Even though I had play practice from 9-1 and then from 3:15 on at the Jenison Performing Arts Center. I made it home about 9:30 at night.
My daughter is doing taxes today - should go a lot faster than my self-employment taxes!

Weekly Simplicity Tips
1. Every time you go to open a new browser tab, check to see if you can use an old one instead so you don't have a bunch open at once and it helps you focus better.
2. Have a place for library books. I have an open shelf on my wall above the file cabinet and I used to use a tote
bags.
3. Spend more time decluttering, organizing and simplifying - then reading about it. (That goes for these tips. Do one of them :)
4. I did a devotional on freedom and meditated on it a few minutes this morning. Anyone feeling stuck, trapped or duty-driven? Can you see you are choosing your options each day? Can you allow yourself to see your choices? And if there is a situation you really need to break out of
- what is the first small step you can do today?
5. If you haven't made progress on your goals this year, what is what small action you can take this week?
6. If you have made progress - celebrate, no matter if you think it isn't "enough."
