Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

Hoping everyone is safe with the weather going on.

Lately I am doing my most important goal/project first thing before email or other work. That has helped me make a lot of progress this week.

I have a bit of a cold so I'm sleeping lots, drinking lots of water and smoothies, and taking more breaks. Hopefully, this is a short run cold. A great question, "What would be most loving to do now?" It's helping me with the extra self-care I need this week.

The Declutter Group starts Monday if you keep trying to declutter and then fizzle out or it never happens.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
1. Change out your furnace filter.
2. Re-stock your cards/birthday gift stash.
3. Replace socks and underwear if need be - getting rid of the old ones.
4. Move the freezer and fridge and clean under them.
5. Catch up on your shredding.
6. If you got any new clothes for Christmas, let go of similar items (ie one shirt in, one shirt out)
7. Ask, "What would be most loving to do now?" at least once today.

This is always a fun, connecting class with people encouraging one another and realizing they aren't alone.

As a bonus, people usually get the $47 class fee back just by uncovering checks and selling stuff.
