Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
I had extra Groove classes this week which are always fun. It was also warm enough for a motorcycle ride with Jeff.
You can see pictures by Brea of our walk in the wetlands. The last picture is of milkweed floating in the air.
I've also had insomnia badly this week which messed with my schedule. Hopefully good sleep is coming my way.

1. Start making up Christmas lists now. 2. Observe your thoughts but don't take them too seriously. Thoughts are not always true. 3. Journal out your feelings from any recent stressful events. 4. Declutter remembering things are supposed the be transient not permanent. 5. Use your daily chores like dishes and
making the bed as mindful moments to get out of your head. 6. What would nourish your body this week? 7. What would nourish your soul this week?
Simple Holiday Plan PLUS Simple Annual Plan Bundle
Do you want a holiday plan that doesn’t have you do a million things you just don’t have time for?
I’ve tried the holiday plans that are online. But, I never finished them. Having simplified my Christmas I didn’t use many of the parts of those plans. And
they just made me feel guilty.
Would you like a simpler holiday plan?
I created a plan that I use to keep my holidays organized without overwhelming me.
Plan includes:
a checklist for each week
simple steps to take to create the holiday you want
short cuts and simplifications for many holiday tasks
questions to help you decide what is important to you and your family
worksheets and forms
Bundle it with the Simple Annual
Plan to help plan your year ahead.
