Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

My daughter has been working every day (today from open to close) so no walks. (Below is what she wore for Halloween at work). I did take a couple motorcycle rides with my husband.

This weekend was beautiful. I went to dinner and a play with friends, supported a friend teaching her first Groove class, sang for choir, went to a potluck, had a fire and spent as much time outside as possible. Once the sun went down (earlier than ever!) that's when I got the tasks done.
Weekly Simplicity Tips
1. Service your snowblowers if winter is coming. Other outdoor equipment otherwise.
2. Add a little extra this month to your emergency savings account.
3. Write out the top 3 things you want to do tomorrow.
4. Plan out food and exercise for the week to make it easier to get healthy.
5. Accept the day as is without getting frantic over what didn't go as planned.
6. After daylight savings time, try getting up 15 minutes earlier than usual for a new habit.
7. Walk hand in hand with someone this week.
