Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

I am back after two weeks off. My husband and I took a vacation to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for the fall colors, lighthouses and beaches. (See pix below from my husband)

Then last weekend I was at my cousin's wedding. I am back from a Halloween Groove party ready to roll.

Here is a quote I just love right now: "The most radical act you can perform this election season: refuse. Refuse to demonize. Refuse to generalize. Refuse to dehumanize." - Mark Joyner

If you are planning on having company over the holidays, it's a great time to get back into the Declutter Calendar if you fell off. Start anew and don't worry about catching up. Print out the November Calendar.
Weekly Simplicity Tips
1. Think of your workouts as a gift to yourself.
2. You become successful by what you do today. What do you need to do today?
3. Do you need to play with a better evening routine so you can sleep easier?
4. Try doing something important to you to set up your day like quiet time, exercise or journaling before looking at your phone. Do this for a week and see how your morning feels.
5. Work on projects in the morning, admin/regular work in the afternoon for better focus.
6. Spend more on experiences and ways for you to get more time (i.e. housecleaner) and less stuff you need to maintain.
7. How do you want to show up for the people in your life this week?
