Hi Everyone,

I was so happy to catch up with various friends this week. I also went on a retreat yesterday at a cottage by the lake in Grand Haven. We danced in the backyard, at the park and at the beach. Along with other nourishing and connecting activities.

  2. Finish one task you have started and let hang on.
  3. Clean up outside items before bringing them in for the season.
  4. How can you be more flexible with your time this week?
  5. Clear off your desk.
  6. Bring your donated items box to a charity.
  7. Make a collage about what you want for the next few months.
