Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

8 days of migraines in a row. Finally they let up today. I walked along Lake Michigan before a storm came. (see pix below). Brea and I only got one walk together this week. (her pix are below) You can see a turtle hopped up on the log with the Great Blue Heron.

Starting Monday: Change Your Relationship to Time class. For people feeling overwhelmed, always behind and ready feel good at the end of the day.
Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. When you think about the frustrations and annoyances of the past week, how many will matter in a week, a month, a year? Try to bring in big picture thinking when something little is disturbing your peace.
  2. If you are trying to create a new habit don't miss two days in a row. If you miss one day, make the next day's highest priority that new habit. Otherwise it will take a long time to stick that habit.
  3. Notice when you are making assumptions about what someone is thinking.
  4. Where in your life are you choosing to be unhappy?
  5. Keep a big water bottle at your desk to stay hydrated.
  6. Label your charging cables with washi tape so you know what the cords are for.
  7. Have each kid have towels, cups, plates, socks, etc. in their own color) so you know whose towel is on the floor).

This class is a 4-week class of teaching and interaction.

We’ll have four classes in my private chat room to change your relationship with time. If you can’t make the classes, a transcript will be sent within 24 hours.

You’ll connect with others at our weekly class and in a private Facebook group. Often people continue to encourage one another after the classes are done.

You will have your own workbook to go through to help you take practical action.

You will leave the class feeling less pressured, less stressed and more fulfilled.

Get what you need to live life with more peace and serenity.

Classes are 8pm ET time on Mondays. If you can’t make the class, join us on Facebook and read the transcripts.

And I will answer each of your questions on our chats or in Facebook. Situations are personal, lives are personal and your relationship with time will be personal.
