Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

Migraines were not my friends this week. But, in between Brea and I went on a couple walks - one where we saw a bald eagle. And I went on a writing retreat over the weekend with more walking, relaxing, writing, and connecting. (See smiling St. Francis below from the St. Francis trail at the Dominican Center. Pix by Brea Dargis, except St. Francis)

I also opened registration for my Change Your Relationship to Time class. After the Declutter Group, they wanted another class to keep the momentum going. I don't normally do classes in the summer, so this is a bonus class this year. The registration period is short this time as we start June 27th. Sign up now if you are afraid you will forget to register before we start.
Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Think about some of the things you worried about lately. How many of the things you worried about happened? For me, the number was zero. Might need to change some thought patterns.
  2. Release a negative label you have of yourself (lazy, messy, etc.) You are making new choices every day.
  3. Plan your own retreat.
  4. Plan 4th of July or any other holiday/birthday/event for July and August.
  5. Take a walk at lunch or in the evening as see what that does for your energy.
  6. Be extra kind to people this week.
  7. Watch a comedy or do something else to create laughter.

Many of us our overwhelmed and we are always saying, “I don’t have enough time.”

Ask yourself: do you want to live your life in a constant state of hurry and worry?

When it comes to time, have you tried system after system but nothing works?

Or do you keep all your to dos in your head hoping you don’t forget anything?

Or worse, have a time system that takes so much time to manage you wonder if it’s even worth it?

We want to feel more peaceful, in the flow and have time to breathe.
