Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
I've been outside every day. A couple walks with Brea (one in the rain. pix she took below.), time in the Jeep with my husband on some ORV trails, three walks at the
wetlands in solitude and reading outside.
My husband gave me a great Mother's Day gift - taking everything out of the fridge and cleaning it. (That and a massage gift certificate.) My office is also finally cleaned after my play two weeks ago. All the papers is sorted. I know why there is spring cleaning - because it gets sunny then you can see all the dust and grease. So did some of that as well.
Declutter Group have already decluttered a lot. A few weren't able to make it to the first chat due to vacation so if you want to join today before tonight's chat you are welcome to join us.
Weekly Simplicity Tips
Get back into or change up your eating and working out habits.
Don't wait until everything is totally clean and organized before allowing yourself time for creativity. Creativity is what gives you energy to work on the house.
Plan to get together with a friend you haven't seen in awhile. Or invite someone new/join
a group if you are looking to expand your social circle.
Update your OS, apps and other technology.
Brainstorm at least 10 solutions to a current problem of yours.
Get serious about paying your debts. Sell something, cut out eating out for a month, or do a side job.
Would you like to be well on your way to a decluttered home in the next two months?
Well, who wouldn’t?
Keep in mind, if you play with the declutter plan, you could…
have room to move, live, think
get rid of more clutter than you thought possible
open your home to more people
begin to have clarity of
mind and focus
effectively learn to make decisions about your possessions
go from despair to hope
learn to maintain a clutter free home
have room for you in your home
Finally, room for you and your family in your house. Having your home nurture you, instead of being an energy drainer.
How would you like to make more and more space?
Now remember, having less clutter does not make you a better person. It is not to make you feel more
acceptable to others. The person that declutters most does not win. The reason to declutter is to make your home or office work for you and your family.
You could keep working with your home on your own. But, how long have you been trying that?
It’s up to you!
“You have taught me to believe in myself and to take things slowly, one step at a time, keep sight of my goals, both short term and long term.
Your coaching style was both nurturing and
motivating, you seemed to intuitively know some days what I needed most. Your caring and understanding was so appreciated and it came from the heart.” -Holly C.
