Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
This week I got to get fitted for my emerald green costume for the Mikado. Exciting and doing practicing for that.

Last night I went with a friend to see the Joshua Davis (finalist on the Voice) concert. We love our music. (Pictures below by my friend, Sue Park)

What do you love that you want to bring in to this coming week?

The first day of spring here reminds me of the Mary Oliver poem:

“I feel my boots
trying to leave the ground,
I feel my heart
pumping hard. I want

to think again of dangerous and noble things.
I want to be light and frolicsome.
I want to be improbably beautiful and afraid of nothing,
as though I had wings.”

Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Subscribe to the Facebook events of your local city, colleges, theater or whatever you enjoy so you know what is coming up.
  2. Don't block the good that is coming to you by downplaying it or waiting for the other shoe to drop.
  3. Think of yourself waking up on time and energetic as you fall asleep. See if that helps you wake up.
  4. Schedule time to learn a new skill that will help you in your daily life.
  5. Make one of your tasks smaller if you are procrastinating on it.
  6. Set a time limit for time sucks like email, social media or TV. Set a timer to remind yourself.
  7. Decide the outcome you want before you start anything.
