Welcome to this week's tips
So last week I held off sending the tips waiting for the new site to be ready so I can send everyone the new declutter calendar with the correct links. I thought I was holding off a day or two. A bit too much back and forth with changes, the site was uploaded to the wrong place and then the programmer went on vacation.  After touting it all over Facebook that it was just about ready of course.

I had to manage some hurt pride, lower my expectations and deal with losing my voice this week. (Please send healing prayers, my voice recital is Tuesday.)

I am hoping to have the calendar ready by Friday. So thank you in advance for your patience with me, please be patient with yourselves this week and spread that patience to others you meet.
Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Reflect on what the spirit of the season means to you. Singing in the Messiah this year was so meaningful to me.
  2. Spend at least 5 minutes every morning during this busy time planning your day. Don't let helpful strategies fall away.
  3. Instead of looking at your phone, take time to breathe as you wait.
  4. Check your holiday expectations. Are they realistic, helpful, joyful?
  5. Try new holiday traditions as your family gets older.
  6. Visit at least one local store for your holiday shopping.
  7. Smile for 10 seconds right now.
What I wrote for you
