Welcome to this week's issue of Weekly Simplicity Tips. My husband's aunt is in from Florida so all the relatives from the other side of the state came in town to visit. Food, pictures, badminton and conversation.

I am thinking this week about what else I wanted to do this summer so I can plan.

Warmly, Beth

Weekly Tips

  1. Post something positive in your bathroom cabinets to look at as you get ready in the morning.
  2. Who do you need to be to reach the next level of simplicity that you crave?
  3. Have salad, berries and nuts instead of something hot for dinner.
  4. Go for a short 10-minute walk near a beautiful spot near where you are running errands or picking up the kids.
  5. Understand the truth that it is when you are the most overwhelmed that you need a break the most. Take that break.
  6. Look at what you need to do tomorrow. What can you do tonight that will make it easier?
  7. Do something authentically, even if you are scared.

"She has an uncanny way of, "reading between the lines" to see a person’s heart. Conversely, she never assumes, never puts her words in your mouth. She works with exactly what you give her, and stays committed to your focus, and then sets your eyes and primes you for what you cannot see." - Sue Halpern
