Change Your Relationship to Time class starts Monday. I have to admit, this is my favorite class because of all the beliefs about time we knock down.

This weekend, I went on retreat with my mother-in-law and family friends. It was good to re-connect with God, friends and family, and myself.
Here's something I wrote on Inner Spring Cleaning.


- List out some things that have been annoying you, distracting you, need fixing, etc. See how many you can do before you sit down on the couch in the evening.
- Add play to your to do list and take one duty off the list.
- Make your workout easier to accomplish by setting things out ahead of time, going with a friend, picking a different time of day. Be creative with your solution.
- Clean out your computer's download folder and/or desktop.
- Play with increasing your focus as you do a task.
- Plan to see a friend or family member you haven't seen in awhile.
- Relax to a beautiful video like this.
