Weekly Simplicity Tips

Hi Everyone!

I had a great checkup at the dentist yesterday. "Whatever you are doing at home for your teeth, keep doing. They are looking great. I can tell you have really been taking better care of your teeth," the hygienist said. Victory :) For me a tiny tweak to my routine made all the difference. The tooth routine became easier and stuck for a year so far.

What habit have you been trying to create that hasn't stuck? Morning routine? Doing dishes after dinner? Getting into exercise regularly?

My Habits and Rhythms class that starts Monday. If you are wanting to create some new habits and routines but are having trouble sticking to them, this class is for you.

Format: Weekly chat sessions at 8pm ET Mondays (transcript is sent if you can't attend)

Then you can check in as much as you would like for accountability in the private facebook group. This will be where you really make the changes. If you have been wanting to make habits stick, but they don't seem to stick on your own, the support may be what you need.
