Welcome to this week's issue of Weekly Simplicity Tips.

The Habits and Rhythms class starts next week. I just read a post saying how your habits are one of the biggest indicators for success. Join my class and we can create beautiful new habits together.

I am holed up with weekend recuperating from one of those weeks. I was reminded again about how important self-care is. I think I let it slip in February. So I am renewing my committment for March.

This month I am looking forward to going to see the butterflies at Frederick Meijer Gardens, hopefully seeing the snow melting later this month, getting back out to hike and planning my summer vacation. What are you looking forward to this March?

Weekly Tips

  1. Take at least one day off this coming weekend.
  2. Use up the food in the fridge and pantry. Banana bread? French toast?
  3. If you celebrate Lent, here are some resources for you.
  4. Create a list of renewing things you can do besides watch TV or go on the internet. Post the list.
  5. Think of different breakfasts for the upcoming season.
  6. Where are you holding on to your persona/mask so tightly that it is making you exhausted?
  7. Tell someone you love how important they are to you.
