Welcome

Welcome to this week's issue of Weekly Simplicity Tips. I am an aunt again! My sister had a boy, Victor Marcus.

We had excitement in our house when a bat got in. It flew under my desk as I was writing. We lost it when I ran into the bedroom, shutting the door. My husband finally found it under his shoe the next morning.

I'm setting up my coaching schedule for fall and have some slots open. If you are interested, visit here:

Weekly Tips

  1. Set up a weekly call with someone with whom you want to stay in touch.
  2. Write out a self-care schedule and post it in your bathroom cabinet. ie Monday facial, Tuesday manicure, Wed deep condition hair.
  3. Get some exercise and connect with your family by having a dance party.
  4. Complete all the tasks in a room before moving onto the next room.
  5. Catch up on any correspondence this week.
  6. Give one thing away a day as you declutter.
  7. Set up or clear out a place where you put the daily mail to sort.

And a tip from a reader:

"My family knows it as "The 10 Things".  I think about what I would do first if I knew someone was coming over shortly.  The most important thing.  It might be running the vacuum, loading the dishwasher, making the bed, etc.  Then I complete 9 more "things".  It's amazing how much better the house looks after I do the "10 Things".  You can apply this to anything that you need help getting started on.  It always works for me and my family!" - Mary Kayser, St. Peters MO

About

I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives. I deliver...

Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
On the wings of understanding and encouragement.
Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”

I’ve helped people declutter & organize, lose weight, learn to manage time, gain self-confidence, learn to focus, practice self care and simplify their lives so they can do what’s most important to them and their family. I love giving hope to people that come to me thinking it can’t be done. I was not born organized, I’ve had to learn the skills. Things like overcoming perfectionism and procrastination. And knowing what is for dinner before 5pm.

You can check out all my programs and courses here to help you with your goals this year:
