Welcome to this week's issue of Weekly Simplicity Tips. July 31st would have been my son's 20th birthday, so it was a tough week. We did have a lovely boat ride on Saturday for my mother-in-laws birthday on the Star of Saugatuck.

Weekly Tips

  1. Pause. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.
  2. Empty out your purse so it is lighter. Only put back what you use often.
  3. Find out if having a laundry day a week or doing a load a day works best for you.
  4. Move at least 5 minutes on your lunch break.
  5. Write fruit and veggies you get at the farmer's market on a list on the fridge, so you use them up before they spoil.
  6. Call a sibling or friend to catch up.
  7. Read a fun book for at least 15 minutes.
