Welcome to this week's issue of Weekly Simplicity Tips.

This week, I got to update my automatic payments when we got our new debit card after we got identity thefted. I am so glad we keep a close eye on our accounts and were ale to see the unauthorized purchases right away.

I did a couple videos on paper, one which should go up this week at the blog. It was a great reminder to clean out my action file of old projects I could put into reference files.

Someone asked when I was going to post some more nature pictures of our walks. Hopefully we'll get out this week as it warms up slightly. It's been so cold and snowy in Michigan, unless you have snowshoes you can't really hike around. I can definitely feel the nature deprivation.

Warmly, Beth

Weekly Tips

  1. Where are you really over-striving? Can you relax about that area this week?
  2. Think about a basic that you have forgotten about ie flossing, going to bed early, getting dishes done after dinner. Practice it every day.
  3. Let go of one project that no longer interests you, so you can learn about something that does.
  4. Play with not rushing family members. Instead try notifying them earlier about what you want them to do.
  5. List all automatic payments so you have them when you need to update your credit card.
  6. Save space by putting your DVDs into DVD albums organized by genre.
  7. A tote bag on a shelf can store scarves and belts.

Clean KitchenIf some of the habits you want to create are health related, join the 3 week Habits and Rythms class now and you'll get the 3-Month Energy for Joy Health Plan for free.

Do you remember the I asked my readers what class they would like and they said one that combines what they've learned in the time, finance, declutter and self-care classes to help create habits and rhythms.

It's time to put it all together.

Even if you haven't taken the other classes, this will be a great class to create those habits you keep wanting to create.

Format: Weekly chat sessions at 8pm ET Mondays (transcript is sent if you can't attend)

Then we can check in as much as you would like for accountability in the private facebook group. This will be where you really make the changes. If you have been wanting to make habits stick, but they don't seem to stick on your own, the support may be what you need.

This class will only be $17. So if you have been wanting to try one of my classes this is a great one to start with.

"I have had an awesome experience with Beth as my life coach. I went into being life coached without even a clue about my goals. Beth offered me wonderful questions, and tools to determine where I am in my life, and where I want to go."
