Welcome to this week's issue of Weekly Simplicity Tips.

I have been playing a lot this week with watching my thoughts and reminding myself that just because I think things, does not make them true.

I also wanted to give you my frugal dates and romance guide. Download the PDF here. (And even if you are single you can do many of the items with friends or for yourself.)

I have room for a couple new clients. If you are interested, you can read up here.

The bundle of all my classes and products this year will be rising February 14th, so this is the last week if you want to check it out.

Warmly, Beth

Weekly Tips

  1. What is working for you lately?
  2. What have you been struggling with?
  3. Brainstorm ways to play with what you have been struggling with. Or research. Or ask friends.
  4. Plan something fun like brunch with a friend or friends you haven't seen in awhile.
  5. Call a mentor or a wise person.
  6. Love this for the entryway or mudroom.
  7. Decompress from the week: read, bathe, listen to music, pray, meditate, walk or journal.

Habits and Rhythms 3-week class

Starts Monday March 10

Habits class

Clean KitchenDo you remember the I asked my readers what class they would like and they said one that combines what they've learned in the time, finance, declutter and self-care classes to help create habits and rhythms.

It's time to put it all together.

Even if you haven't taken the other classes, this will be a great class to create those habits you keep wanting to create.

Format: Weekly chat sessions at 8pm ET Mondays (transcript is sent if you can't attend)

Then we can check in as much as you would like for accountability in the private facebook group. This will be where you really make the changes. If you have been wanting to make habits stick, but they don't seem to stick on your own, the support may be what you need.

This class will only be $17. So if you have been wanting to try one of my classes this is a great one to start with.

"I have had an awesome experience with Beth as my life coach. I went into being life coached without even a clue about my goals. Beth offered me wonderful questions, and tools to determine where I am in my life, and where I want to go."
