I am taking a work break this week, so I actually wrote this a week before you got it. I hope you have some time on your calendar to relax this season as well.

The August class will be on maintenance, daily rhythms and habits to incorporate what we've learned into every day life. Weekly Tips

  1. Ask yourself, What is the best use of my time right now?"
  2. Catch up on some paper pile sorting and actioning.
  3. Keep track of how much TV you watch this week. Then review it next Monday.
  4. Instead of complaining - deal with it or look for another perspective.
  5. Put a container of water in the fridge so you can have cold water.
  6. What is the most important outcome you want to achieve this week? Circle it on your to do list.
  7. Where have your boundaries gotten lax?
