Welcome to this week's issue of Weekly Simplicity Tips.

This week was a hard week with tornadoes, a bridge collapse and remembering those lost to war and other losses. I watched too much news.

I needed my journaling and gratitude practice this week. I gave to Oklahoma and Wounded Warriors Project. I'll be at the Memorial Day parade and service at the cemetary tomorrow. I pray and prayed. I want to spread kindness when possible. May you feel love and supported this week.

Warmly, Beth

Weekly Tips

  1. Take time to notice the moon or the clemetis or something beautiful in nature.
  2. Enter the grey in your life instead of trying to run away or making yourself cheer up. Once you feel the feelings, it's easier to move on.
  3. What worries in your life are taking up more time than they they are worth?
  4. Next time you shop, think on this, "Every increased possession loads us with a new weariness." - John Ruskin
  5. Take a day to slow down and release what you think is urgent.
  6. There is a difference between being productive and being fruitful.
  7. How much are you doing out of love and how much out of fear?

"She’s a wonderful cheerleader and I appreciate how genuine she is. I have already begun implementing her suggestions, and am dumbstruck at how well they are working. I am feeling so much more secure, and feel I am finally put onto a life path that will bring me joy for many years to come."
