Welcome to this week's issue of Weekly Simplicity Tips.

This week was busier than usual for me between extra work and social engagements all falling at the same time. I am reminded why I keep my life simpler. I definitely wouldn't want to do this every week.

Warmly, Beth

Weekly Tips

  1. Check your motives before saying yes. Is your ego calling the shots?
  2. Remember how much you are loved as you are.
  3. Practice doing your chores with mindfullness and noticing. Feels more relaxing this way.
  4. Be compassionate with someone this week who normally annoys you.
  5. You can now automate your giving as well as your savings. Check if your charity has automatic withdrawals.
  6. What would you like to do that you are stopping yourself because of what people think?
  7. If it's legal and healthy for you, take one tiny step towards doing it.

Declutter Group

You've been asking me when the next Declutter Group is - and I can announce it is starting April 1. Join me as we create a great plan for decluttering your life and enjoy fun support! Wouldn't it feel great to have your home with a lot less clutter by June?

I was talking with someone about what makes my courses different than other declutter/organizational courses. She said it's because I deal with the emotional aspects and blocks on why we aren't decluttering in the first place. It's not all, "O.k. now do this."

This course usually pays for itself as people sell off their clutter. (One member last time made $275 in one day selling off clutter.) There is a limited amount of room in the group.

Starts April 1, 2013

Your Simpler Life

---------------------------

"Beth has an uncanny way of, "reading between the lines" to see a person's heart. I appreciate how genuine she is.

I have already begun implementing her suggestions, and am dumbstruck at how well they are working. I am feeling so much more secure, and feel I am finally put onto a life path that will bring me joy for many years to come."
