Weekly Tips

  1. Don't check your email or facebook in the middle of working on something. Things will only take longer that way.
  2. http://www.eatthismuch.com/ makes menu planning based on calories super quick.
  3. Where do you feel stuck? Can you journal with the stuck seeing what message it has for you?
  4. Think about the qualities you want in your relationship to time like spaciousness or ease.
  5. Relax your shoulders. This felt soooo good.
  6. Check if you are actually hungry before you eat.
  7. Set up your workspace to help instead of hinder your project.
